I need help finding the config file and need help finding my error log, please let me know where to find this so I can post it.

I have no config file, or anything of that, please help.. I have been trying to fix all day. I just get black-screened but cant fix due to having no splash.properties to work with. https://gyazo.com/af2fa9173eceda8bce2a6b96ab466c1f
