    Panes - how to change behavior of them

    I use forge and optifine for 1.8.9 to play on a parkour server, and I've noticed that certain jumps that involve panes that need to be in the '+' shape are lines of panes, which makes me clip through most of the time and fall off. Is there any fix to this in the settings?
