So I eventually found out how to play it on my own but guess what we could have solved this with one message all you had to say was use a different launcher

When I download forge do I do 1.12.2? Because when I open the pack through twitch it says 1.12.2. Or am I supposed to use a different specified version?

What do I run it from? Because I tried running it through "Open MC Here" and it isn't working. Also, what is the Debug.log?

What next?

All of them? Just to be safe I'll transport them all to my desktop.

Ok. So now I have my SkyFactory4 folder in .minecraft. What now?

I reinstall the pack through twitch, right? Also, when I did reinstall the pack through twitch nothing showed up in instances. Edit: Oh, nevermind, it's working now.

Ok. I am back in the Twitch folder, now what do I do next.

I have never actually played the pack i just opened it on twitch and it kept saying there was a unexpected error so i followed your steps and it still sais unexpected error

If i am using your custom windows script then what was the point of modifying one myself?

like what is a mojang launcher executable? how do i get to it? How do i put the script next to it? How do i know which is the appropriate script?
