Hello, I have a problem with the Forge 1.13.2 installer that I can't seem to figure out on my own. I simply cannot execute the installer. I have OpenJDK 11.0.2 installed but that doesn't seem to do the job so I re-installed Java 8 runtime environment (update 211) as I figured this is the most popular version. Both ways don't work for me. The installer icon is white/empty & doesn't even show the java symbol though I tried "open with..." with both versions. Any help would be highly appreciated.
