  1. Thank you, the issue is now fixed, thank you taking the time out your day to respond!
  2. The official Forge website, and I didn't mean to say 1.14, I meant 1.13.2 (fixed it just now), and I'm using Firefox, I was unaware of the Jar file sneakiness. The installer file is 231 MB.

  4. I have been attempting to download and install Forge for a while now. I first looked through the forums back to page 7 looking for a similar issue. I didn't see any, hence this topic. I have Minecraft Java Edition, and have gone through the steps required to download Forge 1.12.2 (and two other versions, 1.13 and 1.13.2) I have tried Windows installer and plain installer on both the recommended and non-recommend options. The file downloads fine. However when I click on the downloaded Forge, I get this same error every-time: Error: Invalid or corrupt jarfile C:\Users\My name\Downloads\forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2768-installer.jar I have uninstalled, reinstalled both Java 64 bit (what my processor is) and Minecraft. Set the the MC version to the latest, ran it, tried the latest forge, same issue. Set it to the version I want (1.12), ran it, same thing. I have no other option but to bug you people for help. Prompt responses are appreciated, but not required. Thanks.
