    Any way to download a older version of Forge?

    Alright so i tried looking through "older" versions of Forge but its the same version. I tried looking it up and i still don't know how to install a older version. I really want an older version because specific mods need a older version. I have 1.12.2. 14 + and A TON of mods are lower that i wanted. I don't know if i'm just stupid or i'm not? Minecraft is very dear to me and i would appreciate if anyone could help xx.
