    Forge crashing on start up

    Hey, absolute forge newbie here. downloaded the latest version of the installer (1.13.2-25.0.218), installed it in the default directory location, and tried to run it in the Minecraft launcher. I get a game crash notification in the launcher shortly after. After repeating that process 2x I used the output log option. This is what came back (only showing entries marked 'fatal' and 'warning'): 16:44:40 launcher main warn Version does not support log configuration, will assume one plaintext entry per line 16:44:42 monitor Process Monitor fatal Process crashed with exit code 1 No clue what to do next. Would greatly appreciate any help or guidance, as I'm, again, a complete newbie with this. Thanks in advance for your help and time!
