    It's Forge Server 1.13.2, but only my Minecraft server is running Forge, not my actual computer.

    I am running a Minecraft server running Forge 1.13.2, but when I connect to it and place a minecart rail, the rails are always in the same direction, and do not rotate even when placing rails next to them. I have tried this with a standard rail and powered rail and still get the same problem. Also, when I try to place a minecart on these rails, nothing happens. The server is running in creative mode, and there are no errors logged to the terminal. My friends are also having this same problem when connecting from their computers. Could anyone help me fix this problem?
