    Thanks @DaemonUmbra, option A worked just fine. The toughest part was remembering/finding the .minecraft folder.

    I tried a clean install of the 1.13.2 latest forge (25.0.219) using the Twitch launcher and the launcher kicks out this error. The error actually started at version 25.0.216.
