  1. no I mean it comes in the form of a bunch of compressed files. There is no .jar for me to run
  2. Ok no I'm wrong. Double checked and it seems to be a different: https://www.minecraft-downloads.com/download/forge/#1.13.2 the official site doesn't have a windows installer version for me https://gyazo.com/09f42b0f73745bd67447daa00f708206 I've been downloading from the wrong website which explains why it's installing the wrong version. I can't do anything with the version I download from the official site though since it's not a .jar I can run.
  3. that's the site I download it from. I literally just typed forge into google and it's the first link. Exact same url. That link is the link that downloads the files, copied straight from the website.
  4. the forge file I'm downloading? This is the link I'm downloading it from: http://d2hhdupnijvtm1.cloudfront.net/1fhta_7wabw2d/forge-installer.exe
  5. https://gyazo.com/526c6a744fec720f336c6e36eaf7069b
  6. Forge doesn't create the actual 1.13.2 version, it just creates another 1.12.2 version
  7. https://files.minecraftforge.net/
  8. I've downloaded a couple different versions of the 1.13.2 installer and it keeps installing the 1.12 version instead. I use the windows installer because downloading the normal installer gives me a bunch of files instead of a .jar that I can run.
