[Forge claiming I have multiple versions of the same mod installed]

my FTB monster pack is saying a mod I installed (mcheli) has duplicate files. THe following links are the console log along with the various photos of my installation folder.

Now my mc is just white screening with no error log, is there any way to get the error log
