    Minecraft Constant Lag Spikes (1.12.2 Forge)

    So I'm currently playing on a server that my friend made (which is modded.) We have quite a few mods in the modpack but neither of my friends seem to be experiencing any lag spikes or issues whatsoever. I, on the other hand, am getting constant lag spikes and framerate drops. I've tried everything. I've updated my graphics drivers, my java and my forge version. I put more ram into my Minecraft (9 GB) and installed Optifine. Mods: https://www.dropbox.com/s/nba395tfyvzb6i3/wow good job.zip?dl=0 Example (Video): https://www.dropbox.com/s/0i3m7lrg8uitwia/Runtime 2019.06.12 - 14.20.42.07.mp4?dl=0 Forge Version:1.12.2 forge 1.12.2 - 14.23.5.2768 Specs: 1070ti, 9700k, 16GB Ram, NVMe SSD (It's not like my computer should be lagging as I get very high FPS in other games and vanilla MC) Edit: I noticed that I only seem to get these lag spikes while I look at blocks. Second edit: While changing my optifine settings I disabled "fast render" which fixed my issue with getting FPS drops while looking at blocks. However, I still get random lag spikes constantly.
