    Mod is in mods folder but doesnt show up when i click Mods in minecraft

    whenever i install a mod and follow all the directions and place it into the mods folder. it doesnt work, im running the lastest for forge on 1.14.2 but when im in game and check the mods section only forge and minecraft is there
