Forge 1.14.4 Doesn't Appear as Version in Launcher

Log File: https://pastebin.com/AU4x28Jj Whenever I try to launch forge 1.14.4 in the launcher, it just launches vanilla Minecraft. It has a profile in the launcher, (named "forge") but the profile just is set as "Use the latest version of Minecraft". Screenshot: Shows there is no forge version at bottom of version select) Screenshot 2: Shows version folder of forge.
