    When I downloaded version 1.14.2 the files keep coming up as .jar files

    I've downloaded previous version of Forge with version 1.12.1 w/ the Windows Installer and it worked perfectly fine. Now with the updated version it doesn't have Windows Installers and all the files keep coming up as .jar files. I'm hoping someone can add Windows Installers to 1.14.2 or help me get this .jar file problem fixed.
