    java.lang.SecurityException occurs when attempting to start up server [MC 1.12.2 / Forge 14.23.5.2838 ]

    The following occurs each time I attempt to run a Forge server with my mod list. This has occurred on 2 different PCs with 2 different versions of Forge. Unfortunately, searching for any part of this error has not led be to any helpful results. The java.lang.SecurityException: SHA-256 digest error in relation to Minecraft or Forge did not match mine and no solutions I found were successful. Here is the crash report that was generated:
