    Entity spawn when item is in use 1.11.2

    Guys, hi. I from Ukraine and i know English very bad, but i try to ask. So, i want to spawn a entity, when item is in hand and this entity must move with player. Just for example, player hold arrow in hand and player can see slime mob on the screen. But slime dont move and dont play any animations, Just a entity on the screen, that i Will see. Of course i beginner in modding, but i know java and basics Of forge. So can you help me? With code example and comments plz
