Thank you so much, a newer version helped with the issue

Before I write anything I'm sorry if I'm writing in the wrong forum category. I spent half an hour trying to figure out how to install forge since file association didn't see Java and the forge installer wouldn't work otherwise, so I just made a .bat file and launched the .jar file using that, after I fixed that I problem I installed the JEI items mod and after the world loaded to 100% the game hard crashed and gave me an error log that said the following: ---- Minecraft Crash Report ---- // There are four lights!
