  1. I downloaded all the mods and their dependencies from curseforge and official websites and now when I launch the game, the loading screen wont even show up. The launcher will close like normal, then pop back up a couple seconds later with the message "An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience." When I click on "View crash report", nothing happens. What do I do?
  2. Now it says i am missing dependencies like endercore 1.12.2-o.5.58 or above and cofhcore 4.6.0. Are those just other mods that these need to run? Do I just download them like any other mod?
  3. 1 More question for now. Do some mods work with new versions of minecraft? Like a 1.11.2 mod working with 1.12.2 forge?
  4. Would it be okay to download a mod if it was never updated to a newer version and somebody other than the original creator updates it?
  5. How do I know if it's not? What if there is a website for the mod? Should I get it there?
  6. This is the first time I have ever added my own mods to my worlds. I usually just download modpacks from different launchers. I decided to try it out. When I hit play, the screen will do it's usual loading, get through a bit of the "loading - constructing mods" phase and then crash. I have no idea how to figure out what is wrong. Its says: The game crashed whilst initializing game Error: java.lang.NullPointerException: Initializing game When I look at the crash report it says this: Big crash.txt
