    Forge (all versions) carnt download library files

    When i try to download forge and open it. It won't show anything and makes no files. But when i put it into tt server maker it say carnt download essential library files. I have tried 1.7.10, 1.8, 1.10 and 1.12.2. Log: Downloading forge version... Installing forge We appear to be missing one or more essential library files. You need to download them to your server before FML and forge will run successfully. java.lang.classnotfoundexception: net.minecraft.launchwrapper.launch at java.net.urlclassloader.findclass(unknown source) at java.lang.classloader.loadclass(unknown source) at sun.misc.launcher$appclassloader.loadclass(unknown source)
