  1. Okay, I found out how to fix it; go to the installations tab and hit the new button. If you then change the version you will be able to find the version you downloaded and then you can select it and add it.
  2. My version of Forge (1.12.2) was having issues and because I couldn't delete it, I decided to install an updated version (1.14) so I could reinstall my version. But now I can't re-download my version 1.12.2 or any version lower than 1.14. What should I do?

  4. So here's what happened; I downloaded a mod that Minecraft Forge didn't understand and crashed every time I started it up. The only way I thought to fix this was going into the mod folder and delete it but the only way to get to the mod folder was to open Minecraft Forge, which I couldn't open. In my despair, I decided to try to delete Minecraft Forge and redownload it, but it wouldn't let me because it only gave options to edit or delete. I decide to download a different version of Minecraft Forge and then redownload the one I had. But, I downloaded an updated version that I didn't want (1.13) and now I can't get back to having my version (1.12.2). I tried to delete Minecraft in general and redownload it but I came into the same issues. So now not only can I not get into the mods folder, I can't have the version of Minecraft Forge I need, and I can't delete the Minecraft Forge I don't want.
