I can't get these mods for [RAD] Roguelike adventures to load in. I'm using the forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2831-universal in the server files. i've used this jar file and the launch.bat file but both end up not loading anything in and then the server is completely empty and it just surrounded by water.

i have java updated, i'm able to get into the server and everything. what am i missing? did i do something wrong?
