    Exception ticking world - Sky Factory 4

    Hi, my friend and I started a server today for Sky Factory 4 and after playing for about 4 hours, we keep getting "server can't keep up, tick delay" and then after about 20 minutes the server crashes. https://pastebin.com/DHMGZ71T I tried to google how to resolve this issue but can't really find anything and I don't really understand what the crash is.
