    Forge Not Starting Up

    So I have an issue where I cannot start up my forge, but other Minecraft versions start up just fine with no issues. I am using forge 1.8.9 with all mods 1.8.9 which all worked all fine. I tried to add Optifine 1.8.9 into my mods folder and that's when my forge didn't want to start up anymore. I attempted to uninstall the forge and installing it again and trying to open it up with no mods, but nothing has seemed to be working for me and all the tutorials on how to fix this are outdated. Help would be extremely appreciated.
