    Forge doesn't starts up

    Hey, well I was trying to install Forge on my computer, but it didn't open up(The installer). I thought it was because of the version, or the fact that it was the Windows Installer, but doesn't matters which version I choose, it doesn't opens up, so I cant install it. If you know how to fix it, please let me know.
