    I have had issues downloading forge for 1.14.3. unfortunately, all the posts detailing libraries not downloading have been missing completely different libraries. my list of undownloaded libraries is much larger. the list is too large for me to copy down and i cannot upload a file from my computer, but i'm not missing the infamous scala libraries
