    Error installing forge (for MC 1.14.3)

    first for a while i had the issue with downloading forge for v1.14 and the installer would keep coming up as v1.12. then when i finally figured that out, the installation for 1.14 would fail and i would get the pop up. i restarted my computer, opened the minecraft launcher, and tried again. still didnt work. what should i do from here?
