    i watched youtube videos on how to make a forge server and they say something is suppoesed to be in the mods folder to make the mods work however there is nothing in the mods folder

    i have downloaded many versions of forge 1.12.2 but i do not have a single copy that has universal.jar so i am wondering how to do that o i could make a mnecraft server with mods
