Apologies to all, suspect this has been asked a fair few times, but I can't find the answer.
I've downloaded Minecraft from the Windows Store, on Windows 10.
I'm trying to install Forge but when the installer launchers I get the message "There is no minecraft directory setup, either choose an alternative, or run the Minecraft launcher to create one"
I've been playing Minecraft in the morning so the game has launched.
Not sure if I have the wrong version of Minecraft from the MS Store perhaps? It starts with v1.12.0.
Any help much appreciated as my son is keen to get on installing mods!
