    my mods arent working even thought they are in the mods folder and they are in the java form

    I have all the mods downloaded as the java form in the mods folder and have forge version 13.4.1614-1.7.10 but when I open minecraft in the forge version it doesnt recognize any of these mods what must I do I have tried redownloading/changing all of these mods but nothing has worked
