ill delete modloader files and see what happens my question is uhm will my other mods work without modloader?

hey guys im very new just started like two minutes ago lol, so i downloaded forge 1.4.7 and i have ModLoader, Biosphere, Arrows Mod, and im trying to download Traincraft but the problem im having is it will start and i log into my account and it pops up with the forge loader as it should but then my screen turns black and will not load any suggestions?
