    alright so awhile ago i downloaded forge, but i downloaded the suggested version, which was 1.12.2. now i want to play with mods in the latest version, but even after deleting the old forge and downloading the new one, i cant open the file or run forge as i was able to with the old one. i dont know how any of this works, i just follow tutorials online but i cant find out how to fix this.
