How do I check that my browser is downloading them correctly? I'm using winscp to transfer them.

I'm getting them from their website, and curseforge. I just deleted all of the mods, and got worldedit off their curseforge because i'm assuming that's the main site. Whoever, it does the same thing. So, i've been running into this problem where it states, "FML has found a non-mod file BiblioCraft-Mod-1.12.jar in your mods directory. It will now be injected into your classpath. This could severe stability issues, it should be removed if possible." this happens to every single mod. I can't get any to work. No matter what version I use either, I want to use 1.12.2 since it has the mods I want. Links to the log file, https://pastebin.com/SWqyzGyW . I looked everywhere for a solution but can't get anything. Also I'm using a multicraft host, all the servers are coming from a official source too.
