    Mods on Minecraft windows 10 edition

    Hi- On this same topic, my son also has Windows 10 but has the Java edition of minecraft. We downloaded Forge but none of the mods seem to work. What are our options? Does the Java edition not work the same on Windows 10? Sorry, this is all pretty foreign to me! Thank you.
