    Minecraft Forge Version 1.12.2 - 14.23.5.2838 Won't Work

    i downloaded forge version 1.12.2 - 1.14.23 and it cant run minecraft forge 1.14.4 or any other version besides 1.12 on it and i have no idea how to get forge for 1.14.4. i went to the forge website and clicked on 1.14.4 and went through the hoops of downloading it, but when i check my versions it still says its under 1.12.
