    Profile not showing up...

    Everytime I try to install a new forge installation, the installer says it was successful, but no new installation is showing up in my minecraft launcher. Anyone know what might be going on? I am trying to install a profile for forge 1.12.2.-14.23.5.2836. Thanks in advance guys! Hope someone out there can help! EDIT: I did a little digging in the .minecraft folder, specifcally in the "versions" folder and I DID find the forge profile I was trying to install, however, it is still not showing up in my launcher and I don't know why. I'll keep trying to work at it and see if I can fix it.
