The server is now running great, with mods and everything. Apparently (like you said) the world was corrupted and I just had to replace it. Thanks to everyone that helped, I couldn't fix this without you.

I deleted the world folder and now the server is running. In the files, the world folder does not exist, but the server is running fine. I wanted to see if anyone could check the log output to see if there were any problems I needed to fix, because I saw a lot of red. https://pastebin.com/v2kRDhwP

I also tried again. I don't know if forge worked or not, but (I'm not a professional) I think I might need a higher version of Forge?

I am sorry for the delay. When I run the .jar that holds the minecraft server, it works, but without mods. when I try to run the Forge jar, It does not work. How do I get the Forge .jar to run with the server?

"It" is the server. Should I put the server output from start to crash in a pastebin?

I followed all of the steps, and started the server. When It ran, it still crashed. But there is no crash or debug log from that. (Which is new.) It says, "Looks like a crash, check the server console. Return value: 1"

Should I download the recommended or latest version of Forge?

Anvilnode is hosting my server, and the option I have now is the highest, also the recommended version on the forge website. As far as I know, I can't update it any further.

So I need to alter the mods? I cannot update forge any further.

I have a server that I have put mods on to play with some friends. However, when I try to run the server, I end up getting the message "The state engine was in incorrect state CONSTRUCTING and forced into state SERVER_STOPPED. Errors may have been discarded." I have no idea what the problem is. If there is an easy fix, please say so, if not I will then show my crash log. (This is an Anvilnode hosted server)
