so what is the best program to use to rewrite the mod instead of using mcreator for mods like theses

so i dont know how to change these mods to 12.2 can anyone do it or tell me how to switch legends core and superhero unlimited mod i got permission from the creators the newest versions of the mods are from 1.7.10 if it is possible at all please tell me how even if its complacated

I did get permission from one of the people who made them to update them if I wanted and I’m kinda framilar with Java I have used it it the past so I prefer the hard answer

i suggest to download mods and play modded minecraft through twitch its free
