Okay, Here is the newly generated Debug.log file:

Minecraft does not run, and the launcher does not give any information. Topics with a similar output of "An error occurred trying to configure the Minecraft home", conclude that the problem is caused by a mod that is meant for an older MC version, I have checked the contents of my mods folder and determined that this is not the case. The output log now follows: Any fixes to this issue will be greatly appreciated
