    [SOLVED] Can't run .jar file for Forge!

    So, I have been trying to install forge, but there's a problem. So when I downloaded the .jar file, (note: I am on mac) and opened it, it said something about some jdk or something and it was required. I couldn't get a screenshot, but I downloaded the jdk. Then after I ran it, this happened: https://imgur.com/a/IsvPBCC So, then I tried to execute in terminal using: java -jar forge-1.14.4-28.0.45-universal.jar and this is what I got, (my name is censored): https://imgur.com/a/gfhxJJJ To make it a little easier, the error I got was: "no main manifest atrribute" A google search revealed it had something to deal with the manifest file of it or something like that. I even tried this on minecraft 1.12.2 forge jar, it yielded the same results. NOTE: ALL FILES WERE DOWNLOADED FROM THE OFFICIAL FORGE WEBSITE.
