https://imgur.com/efDWq9D and yes, I downloaded every single mod. They arent modpacks. I've played for 2 weeks without those hearts and notes showing, it just happened recently.

Hearts show up whenever I get attacked and notes show up sometimes when I place or break a block. I did a reinstall and copied my worlds and mods and it still shows. I dont know what caused this.
