    (Hosting Error) Players being lagged and kicked

    Hello, I'm having problems hosting. I get the server up and its perfectly fine. I use a couple of forge mods. When my friend connects he claims its very laggy, then gets kicked. I dont have the actual text but here's a picture of what the console says:
