    Using Forge crashes my PC

    So, i've been using Forge on Minecraft to put in some mods and sometimes my PC crashes. It's not a bluescreen of death, because the screen is actually black, but the sound glitches and my PC restarts. I know that it's not that my PC has problems with the game, because I played on other versions without forge and it doesn't happen. I found a """way""" to avoid the crash: I play on fullscreen and when my screen goes black i have a few seconds to press F11 and that stops the PC from crashing. Oh, and it doesn't matter if it's 1.8 or 1.7 or 1.12, it happens anyway. If someone could help me, it would be a goal. Thanks!!!
