    Server Error, Could not create the Java virtual machine

    Hey guys, so iam having an issue with my Modded MC server. The problem is basiclly that the server needs like 4g Ram to run, but my Java simply wont use more than 1G. Anything over that will result in an Error. Java is updated, i have win 10 and 16G RAM. Ive never seen this problem before instaling win 10. Playing solo btw, Java will allow me to use as much RAM as want in the MC launcher. Here is a screenshot of the Error msg:
