Player is allowed to apply totems to himself as a reward for his progress, ''Saturation totem #1109'' is amonst the reward possible. It auto feeds the player.
issue: To advance in Twilight Forest main quest, the player is required to eat an item, ''Beef Stoganoff'' droppped by Minoshroom boss. It the player had previously applied at least on level of Saturation totem buff, he wont be able to eat this quest item, and wont be able to pursue the twilight forest mainquest.
