I've been trying to download Forge 1.13.2 for hours and I keep getting the same error message. I've tried to look for answers but no one has helped, and I doubt this will. And you before you ask, yes, I download the .jar file from http://files.minecraftforge.net/maven/net/minecraftforge/forge/index_1.13.2.html.
