So all I need to do then is download forge server and throw the mods into it. I can just link my friends my custom modpack for them to download via twitch launcher and they can just join my server correct? I have hosted servers before with premade packs (like FTB) and technic launcher in the past.

I managed to get it working without mods on with forge using your video. Also how do I set up a server with my custom modpack for my friends to play with me? Will I have to keep launching the game outside of twitch launcher? Will my friends have to launch it outside of the twitch launcher too? EDIT: I found the mod that was causing the problem, it was lycanites mob Thanks!

I'm trying to make a custom modpack with twitch launcher for my friends and I to play with and I can't get this modpack to work. I thought the mods were incompatible at first, but it turns out that the forge client.jar isn't in the folder. This led to a fatal process crash with exit code 1. I have looked into my .minecraft folder and there's no logs that's related to forge for some reason. I can run FTB: Revelation modpack perfectly fine with no issues at all. I have tried running a custom profile with the same minecraft version and same forge version with no mods, but it gave me the same error. I'm having serious problems trying to find the logs. I'm not too sure if this is the correct one or not. There's another launcher log that I could get that's under C:\Users\[REDACTED]\Twitch\Minecraft\Install\launcher_log.txt. But I'm not sure if that's correct as well. Any help would be much appreciated. https://pastebin.com/Bm6AQyNq
