I found the problem. My computer had received a virus. I will have to re-download basically everything for Minecraft but know what to avoid. Also. Thank you for saying please and being kind, my previous support was not the best.

Yes, I checked once more to be sure and they both show the exact same error.

Where is the best place to check if anything is blocking the access? I read on other similar problems and they had to uninstall Anti-Virus software and I have already done that. Nothing is installed on my computer that hasn't been before since last night when I first got Forge. Forge worked last night and I even loaded a game with a couple mods to make sure and it worked perfectly. Now all the sudden it won't load at all. Would seeing the log of me trying to run 1.14.4 Minecraft help you at all?

So just rename the "Unnamed installation" to like "Forge" or something?

Hi I recently installed Forge for minecraft. I made sure to uninstall all anti-virus apps that were incomparable with forge and I'm still having this problem. I try to load minecraft with and without forge, either way it's the same error. "Unable to save download" below it also says "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." Please help. I am not tech savvy and really wanted posting to be the last resort but I have no clue what else to do. Please and thankyou
