    Minecraft 1.14.4 crashing on startup

    I am running MC 1.14.4 with java 8 ver 221, in forge version 1.14.4-28.0.94 when ever i start up the game it instantly crashes spitting out a error log, it does not give me an indication of what mod is causeing this, it used to start up when i had less mods before this, but it crashed on world generation before, crashreport https://pastebin.com/amWWbRa8
