ohhhh could I remove it and then get another version or also how do you figure that out?

basically I made a mod pack it was all 1.7.10 and working, I changed all the mods to 1.12.2 so I could use sponge, i changed the forge version as well but it was too old so when I tried to start it up it said i needed forge and 3 other core mods to make it all work, I did that and got orespawn as well and now I get this problem I'm now trying to go 1 version back of forge to see if that fixes anything
